All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Full payment must be made at checkout before your order is processed. We may cancel an order because of pricing errors, stock problems or suspected fraud. If this happens, you will receive a full refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is free across South Africa. Orders are delivered within 7-14 business days, as explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or public holidays. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns and Refunds Policy. Opened hygiene products, such as oral care and personal care items, cannot be returned.

Please follow the instructions on the product packaging. If you have a medical or dental condition, check with a professional before using personal care products. We are not responsible for problems caused by incorrect use.
