Returns & Refunds Policy

Please read this policy before placing your order.

Delivery

Orders are delivered within 7–14 business days across South Africa. You'll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have shipped. To cancel, email premiumgadgetsza@yahoo.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Change of Mind Returns

You may return an item within 7 days of delivery only if it is:

Unused and unopened, in its original sealed packaging

Complete with all accessories, manuals and parts

Accompanied by your order number

The customer pays for return shipping on change-of-mind returns. Items that don't meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Hygiene Products: No Returns Once Opened

For health and hygiene reasons, oral care and personal care products (such as teeth whitening strips) cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened or the seal broken.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item and the packaging

After checking your claim, we will offer a replacement or a refund. We cover return shipping for approved faulty or incorrect items.

How to Request a Return

Email premiumgadgetsza@yahoo.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Do not send any item back before we approve your return and send you instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are paid within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Opened hygiene products (oral care and personal care)

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing packaging or parts

Damage caused by incorrect use

Delivery delays caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout.
