Each box has 42 strips. You use one strip on the top teeth and one on the bottom each time.
How often should I use them?
Follow the directions on the pack. Don't use more often or for longer than recommended.
What if my teeth feel sensitive?
Some people feel mild sensitivity. If this happens, take a break for a few days. If it continues, stop using them and speak to your dentist.
Will it whiten crowns, veneers or fillings?
No. Whitening strips work on natural teeth only. Crowns, veneers and fillings will stay the same colour.
Who should not use them?
Not for children under 18. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have gum problems or are having dental treatment, check with your dentist first.
